Networking Technologies is hiring an ambitious and experienced Director of Sales who is not only motivated to meet and exceed sales goals but can also manage and lead an enthusiastic sales team. The right professional for this role will not only drive the team but create and direct strategic business development plans, while managing costs and analyzing market competition.

Since 1998, Networking Technologies has successfully forged its mission to bring technological change to Erie PA. Not only has the organization been successful in Northwestern PA but has grown to have offices in the Cleveland OH and Buffalo, NY markets. This extraordinary opportunity reports directly to the organization’s CEO to address future advancement of the business.

Networking Technologies utilizes an aggressive pay structure to both motivate and reward its Director of Sales. Remote work environment available in the Eastern Time Zone.

Starting base salary from $125,000 plus incentives

What will you do?

  • Lead and mentor a sales team of 5-10 professionals
  • Analyze statistical data to manage the organization’s current and future/forecasted sales goals
  • Build and manage commission structure for the sales team
  • Communicate effectively with other internal departments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and future clients

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field required. Master’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales with at least 5 in a leadership capacity. Technology sales background a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives and action plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
